Some reflections

Though the memory of a man is a temporary thing because his life is but a fleeing moment, there is a quality of immortality in him that is as permanent as the stars.

Thou art the wave and He the Ocean be
Roll back to the Ocean, to end the mystery,
Merge in It, see what becomes of thee,
No more a wave, thou art the sea, the sea,

You are a substance, and the dual worlds are your accidents;
To seek the substance in the accident makes little sense.
The man who looks into the heart for knowledge deserves your tears;
The man who looks into the soul for reason has earned your jeers.

Thyself a true transcription art of the archtype divine,
Or else a glass, wherein the King's Own loveliness doth shine.
Whatever then in all the world without thyself doth lie,
Whatsoever thou carvest, in thyself seek, and declare, 'Tis I!

Death has but one terror, that it has no tomorrow.

It is easier to accept the message of the stars than the message of the sand desert.
The stars speak of man's insignificance in the long eternity of time;
The desert speaks of his insignigicance right now.

A wanderer is man from his birth
   He was born in a ship
On the breast of the river of time.

Tis all a chequer board of Night and Days
Where destiny with man for pieces plays
Hither and thither moves, and mates, and slays
and one by one back in the closet lays

My eyes are dim with childish tears
My heart is idly stirred,
For the same sound is in my ears
Which in those days I heard.

Serene, I fold my hands and wait
Nor care for wind, nor tide, nor sea;
I have no more 'gainst time or fate,
For lo! my own shall come to me.

If thou canst walk on water
Thou art no better than a straw,
If thou canst fly in the air thou art no better than a flie,
Conquer thy heart that thou makest be somebody.

Hope

hope —n. 1 expectation and desire for a thing. 2 person or thing giving cause for hope. 3 what is hoped for. —v. (-ping) 1 feel hope. 2 expect and desire. 3 feel fairly confident. hope against hope cling to a mere possibility. [Old English]
Cling to a mere possibility am I, Can one live without this.... is it possible I have clinged on to it so many times Is it because I dont have the courage... Words wont explain the realities faced or to be faced.. Tomorrow, today, past, present, future depends on it. Is it selfishness that makes it necessary. Maybe expecting too much knowingly is not appropriate, but aiming at achievable targets is necessary but if it is achievable why aim at it and stretch.. why not aim at the star itself and fall back, nothing to be lost except the self maybe.. which is already lost in this dizzy world...

Forget

forget v. (forgetting; past forgot; past part. forgotten or US forgot) 1 (often foll. by about) lose remembrance of; not remember. 2 neglect or overlook. 3 cease to think of. forget oneself 1 act without dignity. 2 act selflessly. forgettable adj. [Old English]

Can one forget oneself... maybe yes. Cease to think of.. ? How could that be is it possible, in life everything is possible.. is forgetting one self possible.. or else we would have been so selfish isnt it.. but we are selfish for our selves.. Selfish starts with 'I' only and it should end in 'I' alone how can it end in 'our', 'us' is it a group selfishness we posess.... How can I forget,
'Nothings ever forgotten, nothing will be ever forgotten'
Life is'nt going to be easy without forgetting... but am I afraid of it, No, I don't think so... Time can never mend The careless whispers ............

Present

present —adj. 1 (usu. predic.) being in the place in question. 2 a now existing, occurring, or being such. b now being considered etc. (in the present case). 3 Gram. expressing an action etc. now going on or habitually performed (present participle). —n. (prec. by the) 1 the time now passing (no time like the present). 2 Gram. present tense. at present now. by these presents Law by this document. for the present just now; for the time being. [Latin praesens -ent-]

Its as today. Use it wise they say... you will only know when its gone to the past if you had used it wise.. We stand on time axis on today and look forward and backwards... We have percieved it as a straight line only.. is it a circle a elipse or a dimension we cannot imagine by our mortal brains...
I am now existing I would be no more after some time... Nothing is permanant they say but the creator is always permanant.

Careless Whispers

Time can never mend
The careless whispers of a good friend
To the heart and mind Ignorance is kind
There’s no comfort in the truth
Pain is the all that you find
Should’ve known better than I felt so unsure
As I take your hand And lead you to the dance floor
As the music dies
Something in your eyes Cause to mind a silver screen
And all your sad good-byes

I never gonna dance again
Guilty feet have got no rhythm
Though it’s easy to pretend
I know you’re not a fool
Should’ve known better than to cheat a friend
And waste the chance that I’d been given
So I never gonna dance again
The way I danced with you

Never without your love
Tonight the music seems so loud
I wish that we could lose this crowd
Maybe it’s better this way
With the things that we want to say
We could have been so good together
We could have lived this step forever
But now, who’s gonna dance with me ?
Please stay
